Btw, I cloned the repo and did

perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test

it all went well, apparently. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to
test actual SDL code or read your Pods to see if there's anything new
of missing. However, perldoc did find an error on the Pod, where =over
tags need to have a blank line below them. This is fixed with the
following diff:
