what are you talking about??
i yell that out constantly at concerts anyway....
those are lovely song titles.
odd behavior to write songs and then
name them to prevent people from requesting them.
" i have no genitilia"
now there is a nice song title.

"i have no genitilia i have no genitilia!!

and i'm just like---i know dude.

ok the start of my sdre report.
sorry bout that.

ok arrived at the show. tried to go in with my camera...
lame dv8 guy says--hey no cameras. put it up here. i asked them to keep it
for me. no no no. it will cost you a dollar. *drum roll..music builds* one
of our heroes enters--joe bass ..crying out--stop..give him back his
camera...we allow cameras...we allow tape recorders... whatever they
want... i grabbed my camera and sneered at the security then thanked my man
joe bass...headed up to the merchandising booth. bought my roommate one of
the fly t-shirts. white with pink rings. how cute.
and 2 stickers for myself for a dollar.
came in..forty nine hudson is warming up..they start playing...its a good
concept but drones on and the singing is minimal and nothing to talk of
anyway.
but the dissonant guitar chords and drony washes are nice. mk ultra steps
up. i chat to the lead singer and the guitarist. he is really surprised i
know the names of some of their songs. they play red cross last and speed
lab first which was nice. the lead singer of mk is hitting on one of my
friends friends all nite.
enter the champions.
the boys step up-i check out the set list.
the same basic set list as usual...
ending with j'nuh first time and daze (as they put it)
last. i have a set list if anyone really wants it.
jeremy is dressed quite sharply in black slacks..nice shoes and a nice
black collared button up shirt. dan in cargoes and a t-shirt. joe is joe.
will in a tank top and later becoming shirtless. dan is the happiest man in
the world as usual. i love that guy. jeremy is quiet and always gives a
"thank you". jeremy breaks several strings and joe breaks one also...the
songs continue..
dan says-ok break..gotta fix a string. i ask for a story.
dan laughs and says-ok what would you like to hear. i say anything..he
laughs...then says--would you like to hear something off diary? yes of
course. seven seven seven! stupid dumbshit behind me. i already know what
its going to be. someone yells it--song about an angel.
there's that dumb kid yelling-red elephant again.
i hear --flatland spider!
sunny day plays an excellent set...jeremy adds extra bits to j'nuh. more
chords and different words and singing....the days were golden....sings the
extra verse by himself with drums. he's trying to ad-lib melodies but his
voice is shot by this time..he tries a couple more times then walks off
stage..everyone follows but will as usual who beats on for a bit then stops
and exits.
ah.
but the fun is not over.
walk outside. waiting waiting waiting. we see a figure. he cuts thru the
crowd ..thru everyone and stops directly in front of me and my friend who
are apart from everyone. i say-hey man great show as usual..he smiles and
says thanks..we chat for a bit as he signs autographs for others. next
they're headed into the studio after tonite. the odds and ends album will
probably come out after this next album..depending on what the label wants
to do. hey its joe again..hi joe nice job. he wanders around aimlessly. out
comes will and mk ultra. hi will that was awesome. thanks..he actually
seems to be sober and paying attention to me this time. we chat for a bit.
he says--hey...and pauses..i'll see you soon ok? i was like--uhhh ok. then
he walks off down to port o call down the street to get drunk i suppose.
chat with the guys from mk ultra some more. the guitarist is ultra friendly
with me and very nice. i had a feeling we would probably be good friends if
we lived in the same area. we are waiting forever. everyone has dwindled
out mostly.
then out comes jeremy.
ah.
hi..fantastic show..thanks he says. we talk to jeremy for over a half hour
about all kinds of things. i ask why they don't play iscarabaid more.
jeremy says he gets bored of it...we like to keep it fresh and tight.
why not spade and parade? they don't know it..jeremy doesn't want to
relearn it. he talks about how he used to be a breakdancer with a perm. and
he won 2nd place in a contest. that was funny...but he didn't do the crazy
stuff..will there be another solo album...yes yes he says..they have 2 more
albums contractually to subpop..
but he is very excited to do them...and after that..
he was humble..giving most of the genius of ROTFQ to the other guy who
helped with orchestration. i mentioned the flute in carnival and his eyes
lit up and he said " that was me"...dope. stupid question i ask..what's yr
favorite video game..his eyes get big and he says--thats not a stupid
question thats an amazing question! lol.
he was so funny..i could tell he's really passionate about his video
games...sony playstation--tenchu, siphon filter..N64-bond..pc--fallout and
fallout 2..he said he hadn't played quake 2 before... then this is the best
part...he told me about his idea to make a sunny day real estate video game
that would be kind of like ultima online and the guys in the band would be
"wizards or something" as he put it and your goal would actually be to
destroy them....and always updating and online and really virtual as he put
it...anyhow..we said goodbye have a fantastic trip..God bless..he said
thank you..goodbye. i went home and slept. what a night.

My friend's older brother's band had two songs that would prevent people
screaming the names: one was "Fuck Off" and one was "Stupid Jerk," and
they had written a pair of songs that people really liked, so they named
them that so no one would yell out the names.
