actually, paul is a great artist in his own right. he has circulated a
tape, about a year ago at least, of his own solo stuff. he used anita and
erika (from jeremy's solo band) in 2 songs, and the drums were actually
played by dave from pedro the lion. it's heavy on the beatles influence,
which is never a bad thing, and i actually liked it quite alot. rumor was
he was going to "really" record it, but i don't know whatever happened to
that, since i haven't talked to him or people around him in a year or so.
just to make it sdre related, jeremy liked one of his songs so much,
entitled "hereafterthis" (that's how it's spelled!), a very beautiful
song, and jeremy supposedly played it in sound check once. remember when
they were on tour he used to play "canon in d" during the soundcheck with
the orchestra. not your everyday rock star...
