After this:

E--2----------2----------------0-------------0---------|
A-------0------------0-----------------0-------------0-|
D-----0-----------0-----------------0------------0----|
G--2----------2----------------1-------------1--------|
B--------------------------------------------------------|
e--------------------------------------------------------|

after he sings, "all these fears we wondered, how to hide.."
it goes to the D chord, then to a barred F# chord, to the E chord. I
think that repeats once, than goes to a neat little chord where you place
your third finger on the twelfth fret of the D string, your second finger
on the eleventh fret of the G string, and your first finger on the tenth
fret of the B string. Now, strum(:
you can also bar the B and e string with your first finger if you want.

After that it goes back to the first thing for awhile, "how is it you
feel when you run..."
After that, where it starts building, I don't know what's going on there,
but when says,
"we'll play guitar and video GAMES" it goes to a F# power(or barre)
chord, and then drops to the E chord.
then:

B A G# F# E
what if we refuse to follow the rules of fashion?

those chords are not played as chords, but as octaves, with, say for the
B, your first finger on the seventh fret of the low E, and your third(or
fourth, whichever is more comfortable) finger on the 9th fret of the D
string, and play only those strings. For the A, just slide everything
down two frets, and for the A flat(G#), just one more after that and so
on.

Then for the next part it's:

F# E (chords)
tell me something you'd tell a fool

I think it all repeats itself after that. Like Steve said, I make no
claims of authenticity. This is for fun. And it's certainly not meant to
correct Steve, I'm just building on what he submitted. Hopefully in a way
that's easy for everyone to understand.
I apologize to Steve if it seems like I'm correcting him. Like I said,
I'm just expanding on his submission.
Enjoy!
