there's a difference between succeeding and being ruined by the mansonite alterna-twats that suck at MTV's teats. i'd say they have succeeded as they are a band that makes some of the most amazing and beautiful music i have ever heard. i don't want every sunny day show i go to ruined by 14 year old glitter queens. the indie/emo scene seems to be on the verge of being the next pop explosion (following after ska, swing, etc) and that is something i pray does not happen... ever. ridicule me if you want. does anyone have more info on reason for hate? dane -- "Try to smile as they devour our youth..."
