I agree with that... sometimes if bands become successful their
attitudes change and they become assholes... I believe Pumpkins would
fall under that category... but I think "selling out" has a lot to do
with the indie mentality... I know a lot of times bands sign to a
major label and all their old fans ignore them, saying "oh, they were
so much better when they didn't have a record deal." I think that's a
wrong mentality.
