Yes, so obviously.  How would the gov't do it?  Even if they could
regulate email through ISP's they couldn't possibly monitor every single
email account when we have free email throught hotmail, yahoo!,
zdnetmail, and on and on and on.
Not to mention the Post Office charging us for a service they don't
render is illegal.  I'm know that many many agencies and lawyers would
love to go at the throat of that one.
This reminds me of that insane ICQ message that gets forwarded saying
something like, "forward this or your ICQ will get shut off!"

Give me a break.  Give us all a break!
Now for Sunny Day stuff:
-Anyone know any information about the new album?  Don't say it's
'amazing' 'cause we ALL know that.
-Anyone want to buy a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier Solo Head?  Mint
condition!
