do you guys ever wonder if all this is a big genre for people to have an 
outlet for pride and arrogance and way to feel like they're these supremely 
emotional entities so completely unlike anyone who wears an old navy hat.

i say if we want a real emotional movement that we focus on educating 
ourselves, first and foremost by talking to people, secondly by looking 
inward and deciding am i myself or have i made up these intricate plans to 
feel like some memeber of an underground superhero revolution. or hell, why 
don't we just go to show and buy one of the reccomended books they sell and 
ask around until we figure out what our "group" defines open-mindedness as 
and then we can pass by hundreds and wonder how much better the world would 
be if we could just help them.

i'm really sorry to be this pessimistic. i honestly am, but magazines and 
smaller versions of pop-culture bally-hoo lingo wars really piss me off.
