well, i have some SDRE rumors to share with you all. bare in mind that none of these are confirmed, but i did hear them from a fairly reliable source otherwise i wouldnt be posting. You may recall i was the first to post about their signing with Virgin, and that turned out to be true, so chances are some of these may be true as well, Anyways, on with the show 1) SDRE is in the process of putting together a live album. It could be the "Odds and Sods" we heard about a while back, i dont know. Anyways, mixing is supposed to begin in the (near?) future. 2) The new studio album (for Virgin) is probably going to have a more "Diary" type feel to it, and Jeremy is aiming for more commercial succsess than they have had in the past. 3) For the new album, drum roll please, the band wants Nate to play on the whole thing. I guess Joe is pissed about this, but is still going to activly participate in the live album process. BTW, Joe is starting a record label, so thats probably what he'll put all his time into if Nate comes back. 4) Nate and Will were at a bar in DC the other day, and so happens that Joe was there too. Nate and Joe started shooting the shit about how strange things turned out over the past couple of years, and whats going on with their bands. Will came over and asked "are you guys talking about how fucked up Sunny Day is?" and they both said "Yeah" in unison. ok, I realize #4 may be a stretch, but the other 3 seem feesable, especially #3 because it looks like the Foos are going through rough times again. Their guitarist, that German (?) guy quit, and they have dropped out of Woodstock 99. anyways, thats all the info I have. enjoy Brad p.s. i know this is probably going to cause massive emails to the list, and remember, none of that is confirmed, so it may all be crap, but i doubt it
