If you listen close enough, you may even hear the similarities to SDRE in guitar styles on a few of the songs... I.E. chord patterns, tuning style (D-G-C-F-A-D), and rythmical presentation. Even lyrically they hit pretty deep, read the lyrics to "Background" or "God of Wine" one time... ouch... that's pretty emo if you ask me. They definitely don't replicate SDRE or Jimmy Eat World, but they sure as hell rock, and Stephen sure manages to produce some beautiful and touching lyrics. Just my .02 on the subject..... Love feej
