Aw. That is very sad. Where were you when they played at The Glass House (in
Pomona)last year? Or when they played at This Ain't No Picnic last 4th of
July? Shame! SDRE live is a truly amazing experience, not just because the
music is so fucking incredible, but because there is so much love. As
evidenced by this board, SDRE fans are hardcore fans and have a ton of
respect for the band, and you can feel that. And the guys look so happy to
be there on stage, especially Dan. He just smiles the whole time. When they
played at the Glasshouse to a giant packed room, they looked amazed and I
think it Jeremy that said, "Wow. There's just so many of you!" So humble.
It is truly refreshing. I guess I am lucky. I have seen them twice in
California and twice in Arizona. During the Diary tour they played with
Shudder to Think and Soul Coughing in Tucson. I worked at that venue where
they played, but I insisted on not working that night so that I could enjoy
the show. Can I just say- Damn!
