Well, I think that the wav file is of too low a quality to encode into mp3;
its only like 88k and 11khz iirc, and the software i used (audiocatalyst)
couldn't make it into a mp3. Anyway, the wav file is only a meg and a half,
so i don't see the need to make it into an mp3. It would be great if someone
had a higher quality wav, though....
