I had the same exact thing happen. I was online at 10:00 am trying to get tickets, it said Not Available. Then I got on the phone and held for 20 fun minutes, only to be told No Tickets Available. It's not sold out, but their are no tickets. What the fuck? They said hopefully the promoter will release more tickets and to check back. I called back today, no tickets, but got better advice. The person said to go to another ticketmaster outlet because they are not from the same pool. I verified again that they weren't sold out. I just got back from the ticketmaster outlet where they confirmed for me that it is in fact, SOLD OUT, BOTH NIGHTS. I'm so pissed right now I can't stand it. So instead, I'm driving up to San Francisco for the Saturday night show (July 29). They just added a Sunday, July 30 show as well. Tickets are still available for both nights. I got mine thru Tickets.com since no one else had them. Sorry this post is so long but I wanted to inform everyone that had the same shitty experience I did. P.S. - I HATE TICKETMASTER.
