the montreal show last night was incredible! it
was one of the best if not the best show i've ever experienced. they played the
same set that was [played at the other shows on the tour. if you'd like the
exact set list, you can e-mail me. i was particularly struck by their intensity.
Killed by an angel isn't my fav from the new album but it was absolutely
ferocious last night! i have a new respect for that tune. the ocean, J'nuh, 8
and in circles also made the hairs on my arms and neck stand up. no knife were
rad and very tight. the only prob was with the mix. jeremy's vocals were buried
in the mix, especially during the louder songs. and you couldn't hear dan or the
keyboardist when they sang back-up. dan guitar was sometimes a little harsh in
the mix, but none of this distracted from an amazing show. let's face it, you'll
never have perfect sound at a live show.
