The kids are speaking in french and from what has been discussed it is a clip
from part of a tape dan's sister carried around and recorded while in france.
Umm...i've been taking french for almost 4 years now and if i'm correct the
kids are saying "come on, lets play around the fountain" (referring to a
fountain of water) or something close to that. Someone correct me if i'm
wrong but that's what i got out of it.
