Hey folks here is a little something something of what happened in the
Vancouver show:
Typically great set, you can't go wrong with the new stuff it totally (as
the guy who kept yelling it said;) "SDRE F'n rocks!!!"
Just a thought...Did Jeremy look extra pissed this tour than last one? I
dunno, maybe they are tired and ready for a well deserved break.
But I felt like a total dork when I yelled for Grendal, Dan said, "NO! we
wont play Grendal because it is a very special song and we aren't about to
ruin it by playing it live" which I thought to myself, 'you guys can only
be doing it justice by playing it live'
then after the next song Dan asked what we'd like to hear for the next
tour, people wanted Rodeo Jones and the likes, stuff that they played last
tour, so I yelled out "BUCKET OF CHICKEN!!!" only to be shot down again.
This time Dan goes, "NO! We'll wont play that song either because it has
such a STUPID FUCK1N NAME!!"
so anyways.... I felt like a dork, so Jeremy politely let me save face by
saying that they weren't gonna play it because he didn't know how.
Anyways.... I dunno if I dug the new guys. I guess I was standing in a
bass pocket or something because the bass frequencies were drowning
everything else out.
Here's another thing that sucked, when I walked in the t-shirts were $15
but at the end of the show they were $20, who does that? of course I'm
gonna buy a bunch of stuff to support the band but I just don't dig on
holding all the crapola the whole show....
Anyways....
I saw someone with a video camera and I'd love to get a copy if I could
somehow...???? PLEASE!?!?
they said that because Vancouver was the last stop on this tour that it
would be the first on the next, lucky us!!
