I think i can kinda see where the band was coming from in breaking up (just based on the info i read on "In the Blue"). If it really was due to label and promotional problems, i guess it would get kind of depressing knowing that whatever art you're trying to make wouldn't recieve any "backing" or encouragement. Still, if that was the only reason that the guys split, why couldn't they just sign to a better label? It's already been said that they were offered a deal by at least 1 other label, and i know there are tons of indie labels (and possibly bigger) and companies that would be happy to have SDRE on their roster. There's lots of bands on tiny labels that always seem to manage to have their cd's in stock at just about every record store. Curious...
