Can't make it down to the meeting tonight, but there seem to be 
volunteers for some of good talks I was at (Merb, Datamapper) that are 
summarizable.

I'll recommend the slides of Scott Chacon's git talk for anyone new to 
git, since it's rapidly coming into pretty widespread use in 
ruby-land.  He did a really fast run through a *lot* of material, but 
succeeded in providing a nice overview of what git's about, how it 
works, and typical usage patterns for working with it.
