Awesome guys!

I didn't know there were soooo many good open sourced project management
apps out there, especially ones built on Rails!

For issue tracking alot of those self hosted apps are pretty well rounded,
but seem to lack the substantial subversion integration that Trac has. One
of the big strengths of Trac is the ability to view diffs across multiple
commits. It's absolutely necessary, especially with lots of commits and lots
of committers.  I will keep my eye out for these projects to see if they add
that feature in.
