wow, it seems cool! but, wait a minute - look at the cost, it's high! let's say you can rent an office space in SD in between 0.99 and 2.99$ psf, if we can put together 15 founding members willing to pay 250$/month you have a budget of 6250$ I think you can cover rent, internet connection and coffee! :)
