I just saw an announcement about http://oncloud.org/ on RubyFlow.com:
<http://oncloud.org>OnCloud lets you make your <http://rubyflow.com/search/rails>rails app visible to the outside world regardless of where you are or what kind of network connection you're on. It gives you a chance to show your app in progress to a client, use your custom todo-list app running on your home machine at work, or open up a temporary site for others to use. So I followed the instructions, which took less than a minute, and my work-in-progress (Rails 2.2.2) was displayed on my OnCloud subdomain while running on my machine at home. Pretty cool.
