Good news... theHIVE is now open! The space is located downtown, in the East Village (between 11th and F). It's a large, open space with two levels. Good parking nearby. Wi- fi, ethernet, conference rooms, etc. Desks start at $300/month. They should be announcing other rates and plans for folks who want to come just for the day (or a few days a month.) Jordan Fowler and myself both have desks. Feel free to stop by and say hello.
