This verbiage reminds me of MS's attempt to co-opt TDD to require their IDE:

# Write a small number of new tests
# Run the tests and see that they fail
...

MS once tried to claim you write a whole batch of tests. (Their IDE made this 
easy, natch.)

Under true TDD you write _one_test_or_less_ before running...

So we will give MS & IBM another decade to catch up with BDD, huh?
