I just picked up my registration, so I'll definitely be there. It will be on my own dime, so I may end up driving out.
Hotel wise, be sure to look around. The conference rate at the Hilton is $120/night, but I was able to easily find several casinos not too far from the convention center which were around $30/night.
Also, I believe that today is the last day for early-bird registration, so don't think it over too long.
