Data Warehousing is actually quite a broad category including MDM, PLM, and BI to name just a few. I have been working with OpenESB and Mural using NetBeans tools and these could easily be hooked into a Rails application. I guess it depends mostly on what you expect to gain from the use of a Data Warehouse versus a standard database schema. Most solutions accommodate your choice of a back-end database server. These are Enterprise solutions and perhaps an overkill for a typical Rails application.
