Hey all, Full disclosure before I start: my brother works for Rally Software and is coming out to San Diego for this event, which is why I know about it. But I thought some of you folks would be into it, so I thought I'd drop a message...
Anyway, there's an event later this month that Rally is organizing for agile software developers in San Diego. It's free and there is free lunch, and there will be talks from some local companies (Yum! Brands, Sony, Real Capital Markets, and Covario) on how they are implementing Agile methodologies here in San Diego. It's on Feb 24th, a Wednesday. More deets are here: http://www.rallydev.com/events/agile_success_tour/ In theory, Rally hosts these things because they end up getting clients from them, but apparently there is no sales pitch, they just benefit by being there. I might go, just to seed my brain with a few more agile ideas and to get free food. And to hang out with my brother.
