I figure that if people have to swap computers, that will take another five minutes in between talks. Which isn't terrible, but I just figured if we could just stand up, talk, sit down, next talk, the night would have a nice rhythm. It's also a bit like the constraint on the length of a tweet: if it's not easy for you to post me a couple of slides, then you're doing a different thing. We could do both: those who want me to incorporate their slides into an über presentation are welcome to. Then the folks who want to do their own thing can go after that. Note that if you have Snow Leopard, you have screen video capture built in.
