This could probably have a lot more information in it, but hey, I'm a
busy engineer with no HR department - so this is all you get :)

Are not a social network startup.
Produce an education system for Mexican schools.
Have grown 50% per annum, compounded, each of the last five years.
Are therefore having growing pains and have lots of cool problems.
Do not use words like "rockstar" and "ninja" without quotes.

Want to work with Rails.
Can tolerate maintaining some ugly PHP.
Get very frustrated maintaining ugly PHP, so work hard to replace it
with Rails.
Want to lead a team, mentoring juniors, culling if necessary, and
developing where appropriate.
Love coding.
Rarely meet someone who knows more than you about the web,
programming, computers, technology, everything.
Want to be part of a company where, for reasons I'm still fathoming,
people are just nice all the time.
Might already know Spanish.
Or, are happy joining me as the only people in the company who don't
speak Spanish.
