At work I use Apple's magic mouse:

Apple keyboard but at home I use the wireless keyboard

Both products are bluetooth meaning that you won't need to install a dongle
on your laptop.

Pros: integrate well with Apple, same button mapping, scrolling, gestures, %
battery displayed.. great products
Cons: batteries, you will need to change the batteries every 3 months or so
depending on the usage. And let's not forget cost.
