I'm in the process of acquiring angel funds for a project in healthcare. Looking for someone to help me develop it either as a contractor (you will get paid for various featurettes) or as partner (no pay until funds are in). Must be a seasoned RoR developer with good knowledge of Javascript/ ajax/JQuery. Css/front end aesthetic prowess is a major plus.
