SD Ruby,

We've got a Rails app we're trying to launch. Browser compatibility,
every Rails dev's favorite work, has proven to be a major task. Most
of our issues seem to be related to JavaScript despite using jQuery
and trying not to get too crazy with Ajax.

Despite mandating that all our beta users who are using IE use only
IE8 we're still seeing bugs that we're not getting in our development
or staging environments. I suspect perhaps some corporate browser
security tweaks or other things out of our control but that's just
speculation.

We're not seeing entirely consistent bugs, either. Some IE8 users
have no problems while others have major issues. Since a very large
percentage of our users will be on corporate networks we have to get
IE8 fully working.

I need an expert to consult with us on how to get this app up and
running on IE, just IE8 for now but IE7 as well once we get over this
hump. If you have skills in this area and have some availability for
a short-term gig please get in touch with me at testflyjets at
gmail.

Thanks,

Chris
