+1 on Rails 3 videos. Perhaps anyone with a Rails 3 project would
share their experience so far or those who haven't jumped can say
what they're waiting for (maybe a gem to become compatible, for
instance). I've been managing and contributing to a Rails 3 project
for a couple weeks, but I still have lots to learn.
