Hello there, I've been coding in Ruby, on and off, for sometime now...
Am using Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.4) and ruby 1.8.7 (2009-06-12 patchlevel 174) [i686-darwin10]. Was having trouble finding the binary for ruby 1.9.2 for Snow Leopard on main ruby website. I know I can install it via MacPorts but I would have preferred a DMG file. Question(s): (1) Is Ruby 1.9.2 the right version to use with Rails 3.0? (2) If I also opt to install MacRuby is it easy to switch between both by using a global system environmental variable? (3) Should I be using the Ruby on Rails Enterprise Edition instead?
