Company is looking for a full time Senior Rails developer for the expansion and further development of its web app Company expects its user base to increase by 10-100 fold in the next 6-9 months - Experience with scaling and optimization - Experience with deployment of rails apps to EC2 in a scalable server array configuration - RESTful Web Services experience - Experience designing and implementing Web services APIs
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in web application development using RoR and is comfortable working on all aspects of a system(architecture, UI, logic, testing, etc.) The new team member will need to come up to speed and start contributing immediately. He must be self-motivated, and work well with other team members (some off site). He must have leadership skills and previous project management experience as he will be groomed to lead project within a short period of time.
