As one of Climber.com's developers I can vouch for this being a great
environment to work in. It's very fast paced (I think the main reason
we're hiring is that we have too many ideas and too few warm bodies)
and pretty much everyday we're challenged to come up with interesting
solutions to often complex problems. Or complex solutions to
interesting problems. One of those anyway. As Mike mentioned, it's a
pretty high traffic site and I've witnessed first hand what it's like
to directly affect so many people when your new feature gets pushed.

We have a lot of legacy code to support but to management's credit
they're always looking for ways to keep the codebase fresh and
refactor the code smells and *always* have time to listen to new ideas
and suggestions. In fact I spent most of last week working on
something cool that I thought of and wanted to work on. There's lots
of room to make an impact as a dev at Climber. If the idea of that
kind of role excites you, I recommend you reach out and introduce
yourself to Mike.

You can also contact me privately with any questions you have about
working here but note, I'm not the guy who'd be hiring you and any
questions specific to the position should be directed at Mike.
