*Title : Mainframe Developer Location: Raleigh,NC Duration: 6+ Months* *Responsibilities Include: *• Design and development of major enhancements to a mainframe system • Writing program specifications • Coding new programs • Enhancements to existing programs • Test case preparation and execution • Deployment • Documentation and transition of knowledge to the support team. • Debugging and execution of all levels of testing, including : unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing and documentation of results is required. * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements Required: *• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the following: • Technical mainframe analysis, design and development for information systems in a batch and online environment • MVS COBOL programming • DB2 programming • CICS • TSO/ISPF • MVS/JCL • Test planning and execution * Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in the following: *• Participating in the documentation of information technology application projects • Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and presentation skills • Graduation from a four (4) year college or university * Preferred:* • Experience with Endevor, Intertest, ZEKE, FTP, and BMS/GT
