I have check out locomotive before.  It looks very cool, but I am not sure
if it is appropriate for the "layman" user.  The end user in this case is
not web-savy, or a real "computer person".  So, simplicity and ease of use
are very important factors.  That's why I was hoping for something really
light-weight.

I welcome more suggestions.  Thanks for replying John!
