Due to new product plans, scalability demands and other architectural needs, they are looking for a Lead Software Engineer / Project Manager who will oversee development and manage a small technical team. The ideal candidate will possess both up to date programming skills as well as leadership potential, as this could turn into a VP of Engineering or CTO role in the future. Their software stack is a standard one (Ruby Sinatra, jQuery, HTML5/ CSS, HAML, RSPEC, SQL, git/github, EC2 Deployment, MySQL, Linux, etc.), and they will be looking to you to help decide upon future technology choices. **You DO NOT have to have this exact programming experience, but must be able to demonstrate solid skills developing highly scalable, high volume browser-based products in an Open Source environment.
