Come learn about Lean Startup principles and their correlation to Agile development tomorrow, (Thursday) June 7th. Alline Watkins will be giving her talk for Agile2012. The meeting will take place at 6:30pm at The Linkery in North Park.

Just as Agile development drastically changed the waterfall-based software world, Lean Startup concepts will drastically change Agile development. Eric Ries and others have been teaching us how to deal with uncertainty in the business world. It's about time Agilists took advantage of these techniques and learn how to apply them in the whole software development process. “User Driven Development” is Agile development revised to incorporate the Lean Startup concepts.

This talk will include an introduction to the Lean Startup principles, how they have a natural synergy with Agile, and how they can be used together for maximum advantage.
