i understand their wanting the servers to make a decent wage, but adding it as 
a "fee" to their prices is confusing. if this sausage costs 7.50 + 7.5(0.18), 
please just put $8.85 on the menu. continue to not accept tips, continue to 
encourage donations to charity, continue paying the servers well.

problem solved, and then plus there would be one restaurant that doesn't bill 
you like an ass goblin.
