i understand their wanting the servers to make a decent wage, but adding it as a "fee" to their prices is confusing. if this sausage costs 7.50 + 7.5(0.18), please just put $8.85 on the menu. continue to not accept tips, continue to encourage donations to charity, continue paying the servers well.
