Apologies for the copy and paste but let me know if any of you are
interested in jumping in on this. This is from a friend of mine left in
the lurch a bit.

I think it's a nice way for Independent Contractor wannabee's to get their
feet wet.

--- BEGIN SHAMELESS PASTE ---

I have developed a SaaS platform for running effective meetings. We used
MYSQL for the db and programmed everything in Ruby On Rails v2.0 There is
also some Ajax and Java code here and there but ROR is the backbone.

I have the opportunity to enter into a deal to white label a version of our
program for a consultant who just wrote a book and is about to go on an
extensive promotional tour (September 5th). In order to pull that off, I
need to:

   - strip out our logo and change the background colors - insert his logo
   - change the text in some of the best practices templates
   - improve one user interface issue that has bugged me from the beginning
   (why not do it now)
   - set up a PayPal page to take money and manage subscriptions
   - install it all on a separate server

My main programmer in Seattle is busy working on other jobs (as I ran out
of money to keep him on salary). He will help whomever I hire with
background and access to code on the server, but doesn't have to time right
now to do this project.
