---- CTO Opportunity We’re looking for a talented Ruby developer to join our online dating company as CTO. The firm is seed-funded, is at the beta stage, and has a top-tier team. We are on track to launch the product later this year. We believe that the traditional online dating model is BROKEN. Our company takes a very different route to develop relationships. Customer feedback so far suggests that we’re on to something BIG. We’re now on the hunt for an experienced engineer with Ruby on Rails skills. As well as a strong portfolio of work, we’re looking for a creative and entrepreneurial mindset that can thrive in an agile multidisciplinary environment. There will be many changes to the product all the way to launch, and even after, and the CTO must take all these in his/her stride. Leadership skills, and prior experience of managing a team, are also important. Being an upstart firm, intent on upending the online dating sector, the culture of the firm is as important to the success of the firm as the skills of the team. We’re committed to fostering a fostering a positive, fun, and growth-oriented atmosphere. Underpinning this is a spirit of collaboration – so good people skills are needed.
