I am seeking a skilled software engineer to co-found a new startup I initiated in July. The startup is a software as a service (SaaS) application for helping people with goal achievement and skill acquisition by better quantifying their lives through the use of extrinsic data sources and applying principles from motivational psychology, behavioral economics, and gamification. The concept is very well developed and several storyboards have been prepared.
At this point, I am looking for someone to join the team as a co-founder to help make this web project a reality. I am willing to grant a generous share of equity. The initial goals of the project for our proof of concept have already been delineated, which I will be happy to discuss in detail during an interview. I am looking for someone to join the team soon, as I am considering applying to the Y-Combinator accelerator program.
