First, git yerself a Github account. Those guys rock and totally deserve
your $7.  They also have a simple desktop app that makes working with your
repo dead easy.

Second, Whiskey Disk is a pretty sweet alternative to Capistrano, that is
totally Git-based, simple, and fast.
