There's a setting in Google Groups to change that -- you can have the
reply-to be the author and the group address CC'd, so that a Reply will go
only to the author and Reply-All will go to the group. Have you list admins
considered this? Of course, the downside is that some people will
accidentally reply only to the author when they meant to send to the whole
group, but there's less potential for embarrassment that way.
