Agile methodologies, such as XP and Scrum, are task oriented and proclaim to be
teamwork based, but provide no direct tools for making a team gel for maximum
effectiveness and happiness.
The Core Protocols/The Booted is a set of tools to inspire great teamwork.
Conceived by Jim & Michelle McCarthy, The Core Protocols focus on human
interactions and are like software for your team. They help you create great teams
and outstanding results.
At the Agile San Diego meeting we will be presenting the core commitments, the
core protocols and you will have an opportunity experience the protocols in
practice.
Allan Schougaard will be presenting this talk with a little help from June Clarke
and Chris Lucian who recently attended the San Diego Bootcamp run by Jim &
Michelle.
This meeting will take place at The Linkery in North Park at 6:30PM but you are
welcome to arrive earlier for a beer and a chat.
