Thanks for the response and insight Rob.  

I am not actually looking for a co-founder at this point.  I'm attempting to 
find resources for outsourcing app development.

A friend asked about how to find a firm to build an app so I posted the 
question here.   I'm  hoping someone has a recommendation for a firm they used 
before.
