My favorite spots when I worked near UTC: - P.F. Changs (sit outside, it's pretty noisy inside) - Specialty's Cafe & Bakery (amazing. i'd go with outdoor seating here, too, but it's not that noisy inside) - Boudin's (inside of UTC, but not the food court. Relatively quiet outdoor seating adjacent to restaurant) - Fresh MXN (formerly Santana's, technically in Miramar (a couple of miles down Miramar Rd. from the 805) but worth the trip in my opinion.
