PacketSled is looking for a strong Release Configuration Engineer to join our team in beautiful Del Mar, CA. This position will be responsible for automating and deploying complete installation and update packages for the PacketSled line of products, working closely with the front-line developers. The team works cross-functionally with engineering and development to ensure timely release of products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Automate build and release tools (Maven, Jenkins) • Automate application deployment (Chef) • Virtual machine management and deployment • Develop application installation packages • Build a continuous integration environment • Develop monitoring and healing functions for network sensors and non relational data stores (mongo, tokumx) • Develop and recommend new technologies for product integration Job Qualifications • Self starter and autonomous worker in a fast paced environment • Constantly interested in expanding their knowledge and skill set • Experienced with distributed source code management (ie.
