FWIW, Q4 at larger companies (vs. smaller business and startups) is a time of 
spending, when you have a pool of money left over from a budget, and nothing to 
spend it on (think Richard Pryor in Brewster's Millions 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9kMHiqS6Kg) so typically that's a big time of 
year for agency recruiters and in-house recruiters at larger companies to make 
a push to hire. Q1 (next quarter) is typically slower, so expect a drop off.
